Key Responsibilities
Contribute to financial planning, including preparing budgets and proposals
Support project tracking through reporting, results analysis, and corrective measures
Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with standards
Participate in project definition and planning
Establish design bases and develop engineering concepts
Prepare specifications and drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Size and select mechanical equipment
Define technical standards and develop specification lists
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Registered member of a provincial Professional Engineering Association (APEGA, APEGS, and/or EGBC)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical building systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)
