The Senior Energy Manager is an integral part of Triovest\xe2\x80\x99s Sustainability & Innovation team responsible for managing energy and water conservation projects from identification to implementation. This role supports Triovest\xe2\x80\x99s decarbonization projects and spearheading our utility data management and building data analytics systems and provides energy efficiency related guidance for new construction projects, and to colleagues in other regions across Canada. The successful candidate will have five or more years of energy and sustainability experience within Commercial Real Estate and holds a professional designation (Engineering technician/technologist, Certified Energy Manager). The ideal candidate will also have excellent project management, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to develop practical and creative solutions.
