Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Eloqua Developer to join our client for a 12-month contract. As a Senior Eloqua Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced marketing automation strategies using Eloqua (or a similar MAP platform). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other systems. This is a hybrid opportunity which requires three days per week in our client\'s office in either Waterloo or Richmond Hill.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business partners to definite and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Proactively engage with business partners to improve processes and related solutions
- Provide 3rd level application support
- Manage integration flow and error reports between Eloqua and CRM, corporate websites, and other integrated technologies
- Review and update Marketing Automation workflows, system programs, assets/asset templates and methodologies to ensure a high level and consistent Customer Experience
- Create and maintain supporting technical documents related to the platform and processes
- Ensure changes to the platform are communicated appropriately
- Create and Manage Marketing Automation system programs such as Lead Scoring, CRM Integration, Compliance Opt In, Preference Centre, Nurture Flows, Data Look Ups, etc..

- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript, with the ability to create and modify code to customize Eloqua templates and landing pages.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and at least 3 years of experience integrating Eloqua with Salesforce.
- Above average Excel skills, including data manipulation, formulas, and macros.
- Familiarity with API usage and integration processes, such as REST and SOAP.
- Solid understanding of lead scoring and lead nurturing frameworks, and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
