Summary

If yes, we are currently looking for a Senior Early Careers Recruitment Manager to lead STEMCELLaAEURA(TM)s campus engagement and early career recruitment programs. As an expert on all things related to aAEURA~early career talent,aAEURA(TM) you will work with a variety of stakeholders to drive results for STEMCELLaAEURA(TM)s campus recruiting and early career programs such as STEMCELLaAEURA(TM)s co-op program, intern programs and new grad placements for Canada and the USA. You will build relationships directly with campuses, students and new grads to communicate our value proposition and help increase STEMCELLaAEURA(TM)s brand presence as a leading employer for emerging talent in the biotechnology space. Working alongside you will be the Campus Recruitment Associate, who you will directly manage to support you in the fulfillment of your annual goals and plans.



Duties and Responsibilities

Identifies current and upcoming talent needs related to early career employees to design and implement targeted annual campus recruiting and engagement plans that meet specific business needs and headcount planning targetsa,

Creates, nurtures, develops and maintains strong working relationships both internally and externally with all campus recruitment stakeholders (co-op offices, professors, advisors, hiring managers, alumni, students etc.) and other key partners/organizations that support STEMCELL's goals pertaining to early career employees, students or new grads

Coaches and educates hiring managers and HR on STEMCELL's early career and campus recruitment programs and processes including talent acquisition best practices for early career talent/new grads

Identifies beneficial opportunities, investments and partnerships that help increase STEMCELL's brand presence as an 'employer of choice' with students and early career talenta,

Manages Campus Recruitment Associatea,

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of campus recruitment or similar experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment

Experience using social media for recruitment purposes
