, you will lead the evolution of how we attract, develop, and empower exceptional people to thrive and make a difference. Reporting to the Chief People and Transformation Officer, you'll champion a people-first vision -- one that blends curiosity, care, and bold thinking -- to shape the future of work at Compass Group.

Craft and execute a cohesive Talent Strategy that aligns with business goals and culture. Partner with senior leaders to anticipate capability needs and build organizational readiness. Lead a high-performing team of talent acquisition (hourly and salaried), learning, and development professionals. Integrate data and technology to drive intelligent talent insights and measurable impact. Serve as a trusted advisor and storyteller -- influencing leaders to think differently about people, potential, and growth. Inspire innovation in how we recruit, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry. Model transparent, accountable leadership - building trust through authenticity. Create a culture of ownership where people feel both supported and challenged to do their best.

An authentic leader with deep expertise in at least two of the three domains: talent acquisition, learning & development, and/or talent management. A strategic thinker who can connect culture, business strategy, and people growth in powerful ways. A modern leader -- data-savvy, tech-enabled, AI curious and human-centered. A builder and collaborator who thrives on creating systems that unlock human potential. A storyteller and influencer who can inspire change and drive alignment at all levels. 10+ years of progressive HR/talent experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
