Capgemini recherche un client et un responsable des ventes tres implique, passionne et autonome, avec plus de 15 ans d'experience en conseil technologique et en externalisation. Le role sera responsable de la gestion des clients dans les secteurs de l'aerospatiale, de la fabrication et du commerce de detail sur le marche de Montreal, avec un accent sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients ainsi que sur la croissance des clients existants dans ces secteurs.


The candidate would be expected to perform market and client development, foster client relationships, work with Capgemini capability teams to help clients meet their business objectives, and to operationally manage the delivery and budget of projects. This individual will be expected to lead teams of professionals that will deliver world class services to our clients. Other responsibilities will include contributing to the development of offerings specific and unique to Capgemini.

Principales responsabilites :



Developper et executer des strategies de developpement commercial et de vente pour les clients, ainsi que des plans/activites de comptes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente. Chasseur et cultivateur capable de contribuer avec un solide reseau de relations CXO sur le marche client pour l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et leur expansion sur le marche de Montreal Travailler avec les lignes de metier de Capgemini pour creer une responsabilite partagee, des objectifs et des plans d'execution lorsque plusieurs lignes de metier participent aux projets Experience solide en vente SPIN et demontration de sens des affaires dans la vente de solutions IT - Applications, Infrastructure, Donnees/IA et IA Agentique, BPO, Ingenierie, PLM, SCM, MES Gestion de la gouvernance et des relations de l'activite vendue afin de stimuler la forte croissance des comptes, la satisfaction client et les indicateurs cles Tirer parti des relations avec les partenaires de l'ecosysteme tels que Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Databricks, Snowflake, SAP, fournisseurs de PLM, etc., pour proposer des solutions de deals d'ecosysteme conjoints.

Competences requises:



#

Bilingue avec de solides relations avec les CXO et les partenaires d'alliance sur le marche de Montreal

#

Plus de 10 ans d'experience en ventes dans l'incubation et l'execution de transactions commerciales et/ou de transformation informatique

#

Minimum de 7 ans d'experience solide dans l'industrie dans les secteurs mentionnes ci-dessus

#

Experience solide en croissance de comptes et en ventes avec un focus sur les transactions de transformation numerique des entreprises telles que IT-Apps, ERP, Infra, Data, BPO, Ingenierie, PLM, SCM, MES

#

Esprit entrepreneurial avec l'ambition de developper l'entrepriseo Comprehension des tendances commerciales de l'industrie et des defis actuels

#

Style de presentation efficace - capacite a resumer les impacts commerciaux cles

#

Experience en marketing externe est un plus (par ex. soutien aux tables rondes sectorielles, publication ou co-redaction d'articles, prise de parole lors de conferences, etc.)

Capgemini is looking for a high-touch, passionate and self-motivated Client, and Sales Executive, with 15+ years of Technology Consulting and Outsourcing Experience. The role will be responsible for leading
Aerospace, Manufacturing and Retail clients in the Montreal market with a focus on new client acquisition as well as growth of existing clients in these sectors.

The candidate would be expected to perform market and client development, foster client relationships, work with Capgemini capability teams to help clients meet their business objectives, and to operationally manage the delivery and budget of projects. This individual will be expected to lead teams of professionals that will deliver world class services to our clients. Other responsibilities will include contributing to the development of offerings specific and unique to Capgemini.

Key responsibilities:



Develop and execute client business development and sales strategies/account plans/activities in meeting sales targets . Hunter and Farmer who can help with strong set of market client CXO relations for acquisition of new logos and their expansion in the Montreal market. Work with Capgemini Business Lines to create joint ownership, targets, and execution plans when projects have multiple business lines participating. Strong experience with SPIN selling and demonstrating business acumen in selling IT- Apps, Infra, Data/AI and Agentic AI, BPO, Engineering, PLM, SCM, MES work. Governance and relationships management of sold business to drive strong account growth, client satisfaction and key metrics. Leverage relationships with ecosystem partners like Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Databricks, Snowflake, SAP, PLM providers etc. to solution joint ecosystem deals.

Required Skills.



Bilingual with strong CXO and alliance partner relations in the Montreal market 10+ years of sales experience in incubating and executing business and or IT transformation deals. Minimum 7+ years of strong industry experience in the sectors mentioned above Strong Account Growth and Sales experience with focus on digital business transformation deals such as IT- Apps, ERP, Infra, Data, BPO, Engineering, PLM, SCM, MES work. Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow the business . Understanding of industry business trends and current challenges . Effective presentation style - ability to summarize into key business impacts External marketing experience is a plus (e.g. supporting industry round tables, publishing or co-authoring articles, speaking at conferences, etc.). Minimum 10 years of experience guiding teams
