Reporting to the Lead Credit Support, this role is based in Quebec city.

Your Role:



Identify and develop business opportunities in your market. Establish business development strategies. Support entrepreneurs in the transition of their business (to family, management, or external interests). Propose financial strategies tailored to merger and acquisition contexts. Adapt and optimize financial products based on evolving client needs. Develop sales and business development plans. Collaborate with the transfer team to achieve objectives. Identify risks inherent to the Personal and Business sector activities.

Your Team:




Within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector, you'll join a team of professionals supporting business clients. You'll also be surrounded by a network of specialists who help you offer the most suitable solutions for client needs.

You'll have access to personalized training content on topics such as banking solutions and consultative approaches to support your continuous learning. Prerequisites:



Depending on your academic background, you must have between 4 and 8 years of experience in business development and sales in the financial sector: + University certificate + 8 years of experience
+ Bachelor's degree + 7 years of experience
+ Master's degree + 5 years of experience
Experience in sales, financial statement analysis, commercial credit, mergers and acquisitions. Established network of contacts among local businesses. Experience in business valuation (an asset). CPA or CICBV designation (an asset).
