Description and RequirementsWe\'re seeking a Senior Application Developer - DevOps to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and operating our global multi-tenant platform on AWS. You\'ll leverage your expertise in cloud computing, automation, and DevOps practices to ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable infrastructure.Responsibilities

• Design and Implement AWS Infrastructure: Plan, design, and provision efficient infrastructure on AWS, including virtual networks, storage solutions, databases, and compute resources.
• Automate Infrastructure Management: Implement automation tools like CloudFormation, OpsWorks, and Elastic Beanstalk to streamline infrastructure setup and management.
• Deploy and Manage Applications: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Implement Monitoring and Logging: Configure comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions (CloudWatch, CloudTrail) for proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Manage Microservices: Utilize AWS services like Lambda, Fargate, and ECS for the management and orchestration of microservices-based applications.
• Advanced Responsibilities: (For experienced candidates)

• Secure the AWS environment through IAM roles, security groups, and VPC settings.
• Design and implement solutions for security vulnerabilities identified by AWS Security Hub.
• Optimize AWS services to enhance performance, including database tuning, EC2 instance optimization, and Auto Scaling group management.
• Design and implement serverless architectures leveraging Lambda and API Gateway.
• Develop disaster recovery plans for data and system availability (backups, failover systems).
• Monitor and manage AWS costs, implementing measures like reserved instances or off-hour resource shutdowns.
• Integrate AWS services with on-premise resources to create a hybrid cloud environment.

Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills:

• Proven experience in cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or Google Cloud a plus).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, DNS).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (IAM, KMS, WAF, AWS Security Hub).
• Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway).
• Familiarity with database management solutions (RDS, DynamoDB).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
• Ability to write scripts and automate tasks (Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible).
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience (S3, Glacier).
