The applicant, who will report directly to the Vice President of Development, will be in charge of overseeing jointly and advancing all Firm projects, including:
  • Advancing all area of the project, including planning and carrying out the necessary site maintenance, building permits, and other comparable duties.
  • Giving the Vice President of Development fast and accurate project reporting, including updates on the budget and schedule
  • organizing and directing meetings with internal management, outside consulting teams, municipal personnel, other agency stakeholders, and others in a productive and efficient manner.
  • ensuring that, in the near future, the deadlines for delivering project permits, infrastructure, and the numerous developments slated for impending construction are met
  • project risk identification and leading mitigation activities
  • In order to ensure that deliveries are on time and under budget, we prepare project budgets and timelines and collaborate closely with our senior management team.
  • aiding in the construction and updating of pro-forma financial models for the Vice President of Development
  • collecting data from research and gathering data for pro-forma models and prospective new prospects
  • communicating with internal and external organizations to collect evidence and data in support of various development programmes and possibilities
  • supplying Development with analytical assistance for monthly reporting and accruals
  • coordinating on-site construction services, attending meetings, and reporting to management on completed projects to reduce the Letter of Credit

  • possess a bachelor's degree in planning, engineering, or a closely related field.
  • possess 7 to 10 years of expertise in a firm providing professional advice in the fields of real estate, planning, engineering, or these
  • possess strong management, reporting, and communication abilities, and be able to lead consulting teams with little guidance from the vice president of development.
  • experience performing residential projects in the past (low-rise, mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use)
  • possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel (proforma creation and budget analysis) (project schedule preparation and updates)
  • thrive in firms that adopt novel processes consistently
