Senior Development Accountant
**Competitive salary ranging from $90-110K base + Bonus**

Reporting to the Controller and working closely with the Development Manager you will be responsible for project proformas, construction loan draws, scenario analysis, and accounting/tax for a portfolio of development projects.
Successful Candidate:
- Designated CPA
- 3-5+ year accounting experience within the real estate development sector
- IT Savvy, experience with Yardi and MS Excel will be highly regarded
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
