Senior Development Accountant
**Competitive salary ranging from $90-110K base + Bonus**

Reporting to the Senior Manager and working closely with the Development Team you will be responsible for project proformas, construction loan draws, scenario analysis, and accounting/tax for a portfolio of development projects.
Successful Candidate:
- Designated CPA
- 3-5+ years accounting experience within the real estate development sector
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
