What You Bring
3+ years full-time experience
in a busy dental clinic
Strong skills in
dental reception, patient care, and treatment coordination
Proficiency with
Cleardent
, computers, and digital systems
Experience with
supplies, inventory, and daily clinic operations
Confidence handling
financial processes
: AR audits/checks, pre-Ds, transactions, ledgers, and payables
Ability to
manage and optimize patient, hygiene, and treatment schedules
Excellent
communication skills
with patients, clinicians, and team members
Solid understanding of
dental processes and terminology
Reliable, organized, and committed to high-quality patient experiences

Mon/Wed/Fri:
7:30am-4:00pm
Tues:
8:00am-5:00pm
Thurs:
9:00am-6:00pm often our busiest clinic day
Saturdays:
1-2 per month, usually rotating every other month to ensure it is fair for all team members
Key Responsibilities
Hygiene schedule coordination and filling openings
Treatment plan coordination and follow-ups
AR support and daily financial tasks
Insurance payment processing
Assisting with onboarding and training new admin team members
Keeping patient flow organized, friendly, and efficient
