The Role



We're looking for an energetic and detail-driven Senior Demand Planner to lead the demand function to keep our supply chain running at its best. In this role, you'll dive into data to develop accurate forecasts and will partner closely with cross-functional teams including purchasing, inventory control, logistics, and sales to ensure accurate demand planning aligned with business goals. Responsibilities



Ownership of the demand management function. Drive the S&OP and monthly business planning processes: Lead monthly cross-functional S&OP meetings involving Sales, Finance, Operations, and to resolve supply-demand gaps and make informed decisions. Integrate best practices for key Demand Management processes such as S&OP, demand planning and budgeting, and innovation forecast and execution. Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and inputs from sales and marketing teams. Lead demand forecasting initiatives, helping to drive process optimization and continuous improvement. Develop, implement and maintain relevant reports and tools pertaining to the Demand Planning process. Develop demand (operational) forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation (customer, sku level, product type, etc.) for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning unction and the forecast. Support new product introductions with demand planning and forecasting. Act as the subject matter expert for demand planning best practices within the organization. Develop and implement the Demand Planning module/Supply planning workbench within NetSuite as the primary forecasting system tool. Support business decisions through data driven insights. Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for



Post secondary education (Bachelor's degree or College diploma) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Minimum of four (4) years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management roles within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. Proficiency in demand planning methodologies, statistical forecasting techniques, and demand modeling. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Expertise in using demand planning software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling (Experience with Power BI is considered a strong asset) Experience in leading demand planning meetings, presenting forecast updates, and driving decision-making based on data-driven insights. Experience identifying and mitigating risks related to demand variability, supply chain disruptions, and market dynamics Strong collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written) Resilience in handling challenges and setbacks, maintaining focus, and driving results despite obstacles
