Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Advisor to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and be able to consult with potential clients. BIA Counsellors certificate a plus. Working on-site and off-site a possibility.
Responsibilities
Must be able to complete applications, gather documents and report directly to the VP of Operations as instructed Perform data entry with high precision Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related experience Efficient in Microsoft Word Excellent phone etiquette combined with customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This position offers very competitive compensations and benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
