DECO Windshield Repair is looking for a
Senior Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Calgary.
This position is ideal for someone with solid experience in customer support who communicates clearly, writes exceptionally well, and enjoys helping people. You'll manage both
everyday customer interactions
and
escalated cases
that require extra care and judgment. Most of your work will happen through
written communication
(chat, email, and messaging) with some
phone and front-desk support
as needed.
What you'll do
Respond to customers via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy
Manage escalated inquiries with sound judgment and clear communication
Support the customer experience team by documenting cases and following up as needed
Maintain DECO's friendly and trustworthy tone in all communication
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues efficiently
What we're looking for

Compensation
