Senior

Service Manager

to join our team and take charge of leading and managing our highly skilled service team.

Position Overview:



In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service and retail department, ensuring top-notch service, smooth processes, and happy customers. You'll manage and mentor a talented team, coordinate schedules, handle customer concerns, and maintain a high level of professionalism across the board.

This dynamic Monday-to-Friday in-office position is based at our headquarters in Richmond Hill, with the addition of Saturdays during peak season.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and develop a team of Senior Service Technicians, Managers and seasonal staff. Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and workflow management. Monitor and ensure the quality and timeliness of all pool maintenance, repair, and service jobs. Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer concerns, ensuring resolutions that maintain client satisfaction. Implement and maintain service processes that improve team efficiency and productivity. Train and mentor staff on technical skills, safety protocols, and customer service. Conduct routine performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of projects and services. Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory, and team performance metrics. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a

senior

leadership role within the swimming pool, construction, or service industry. Strong

leadership skills

with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent p

roblem-solving

skills and a customer-first mindset. Outstanding

organizational and time-management

abilities. Proficient in scheduling software and/or CRM platforms (experience with Jobber is a plus!) Strong understanding of swimming pool systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices. Valid driver's license (G Class) with a clean drivers abstract.
