The Senior. Credit Analyst is an integral member of the Finance team for the ES Canada business. This role helps to oversee the entire credit lifecycle of a client, making decisions from the on-boarding process through to monitoring accounts on an ongoing basis.
Essential functions include providing independent credit analysis and making credit decisions within assigned authority for new and existing client risk relationships while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
In addition, this role will be leading the development of KYC screening process for new and existing clients ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & BPI
Work on identifying areas for process improvements along with developing, maintaining and implementing process solutions for the Credit Risk team.
Monitor client base for changes in predictive risk scores; identify trends that may impact ADP negatively.
Case Resolution
Ensure all case management and documentation is accurate and in accordance with preset SLAs. Review and oversight on the use of the current ADP CRM Tool.
Assist in the management of the entire credit lifecycle of clients.
Lead in delivering and performing historical trend and ratio analysis, assessing cash flow, industry risks and any other risk factors to provide risk assessments and recommended actions.
Assist on escalations from Sales, Banking, Implementation and Service Delivery; provide directions while ensuring compliance with ADP Canada Credit Risk Policy and Risk Matrix Business Initiatives.
Relationship Management
Interact with Senior Sales Leaders, District Managers and Sales Representatives to gather information relative to a customer being analyzed including communication of credit decisions.
Risk Management
Establish Funding terms and Risk Tiers for all new and existing clients.
Perform enhanced due diligence reviews as it pertains to KYC/AML regulatory requirements for all clients.
Help develop a credit pre-screening matrix for new client sales orders to identify any credit concerns prior to implementation.
Monitor client base for changes in predictive risk scores; identify trends that may impact ADP negatively.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Requirements
2 + years working experience in a Credit Risk environment.
Solid understanding of Credit & Risk Assessment.
Superior knowledge and experience in analyzing financial statements.
KYC/AML experience within the Financial Services industry.

CFA and/or ACAMS certifications are an asset.
