We are looking for an experienced attorney with a relevant background in Commercial Real-Estate. You will play a pivotal leadership role in providing legal advice and assistance related to our business and its operations. This a Hybrid opportunity, with the option of being full time in-office if you prefer. We are flexible as we want you to do your best work. What we are looking for:
- Minimum 7 years legal practice experience, including at least 2-3 years of commercial real estate legal practice experience. The more the better!
- Licensed to practice Law in Canada & Ontario.
- Member must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or equivalent.
- Experience using Teraview.
- A broad understanding of legal and business concepts relevant to the practice of commercial real estate law.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
- Advise all departments on legal norms, restrictions, and policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
