We are growing! We now have an office of 6 lawyers and are looking for new talent to join our team. McLeod & Schneiderat Lawyers is a law firm with offices in Penticton, Summerland, and Osoyoos. Residential and/or Corporate Commercial

Conveyancer

. We are looking for an individual who has an ability to multi-task, is detailed oriented and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Organization and the ability to work independently and as part of a team on all conveyance files from start to finish will also be an asset.

Responsibilities:

Completing approximately 30-35 closings per month involving leasehold interests on First Nations land, and commercial and residential conveyances in the BC Land Title Office Preparation of sale, purchase, refinance and mortgage documents for commercial and residential conveyancing Communication with clients, solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents by phone and email Dealing with contracts, title reviews, and mortgage payouts Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:

Reliability Knowledge of Microsoft office (word & outlook) Excellent written & verbal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
