We're looking for an
experienced Controller
who's ready to step into a
senior leadership role;
someone who can work closely with our current CFO, preparing to one day take the lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to grow within a dynamic, multi-division organization.
What You'll Do
As Controller, you'll be a key member of our Accounting Division, overseeing financial management for multiple business entities. You'll collaborate with operations and executive leadership to shape business strategies, strengthen financial reporting, and ensure sound financial practices across our organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading financial planning, strategy, and reporting for multiple divisions and properties.
Managing internal controls, audits, budgets, and financial compliance.
Analyzing financial data to guide strategic decision-making and business growth.
Mentoring and developing a talented accounting team.
Partnering with leadership on investments, financial structuring, and risk management.
Supporting new business ventures and projects from a financial perspective.
What You Bring
CPA designation
(or equivalent) required.
Proven success as a
Controller in a multi-entity organization
.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, investments, and financial structuring.
Experience working with
financial institutions and investment groups
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage priorities and lead remote teams.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
or similar accounting software.
