Might need to work on weekend on release dates JD Proficiency in Monitoring Autosys Jobs Knowledge of Talend or Microstratergy Experience using Service Now and Handling L3 Incident Tickets Creation SQL or PLSQL scripts to fetch data from PRODUCTION Handling Client calls and providing incident updates Working with user to investigate user specific issues Resolving Incidents in provided SLA and also monitoring of application health Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems Experience in Release Activity Good Communication Skills

Compensation range: $74,621.00 to $78,178.00 per year
