--What will your typical day look like?
  • Create and deliver a digital transformation journey, rooted in profound customer understanding, guiding customers through strategic, technical, and cultural aspects of their digital transformation journey.
  • Play a crucial role in providing customer support by single handedly debugging processes in UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Offer strategic and tactical guidance on how technology can facilitate a broad spectrum of business outcomes.
  • Develop compelling and effective executive-level presentations through visualization of information and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and consensus-building among stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in hyper automation and business analysis.
About the teamAs an integral part of our team, you will utilize your expertise to develop business cases, technical value propositions, and deliver solutions for beyond rule based automation using UiPath.   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering UiPath based RPA solutions and certification as an RPA developer and business analyst.
  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for problem-solving with a drive to spearhead process automation initiatives that deliver substantial business outcomes for clients.
  • A reputation as a problem solver, using technical expertise to address business challenges.
  • A natural ability to understand and connect with people, build trust and rapport, and collaborate towards common goals.
  • A customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop and deliver solutions that address those needs.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to aggregate and analyze data, identify trends, and use that information to develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to create professional deliverables and deliver them within budget and on time.

Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
