What you'll be doing

As a Senior Consultant, People Data Delivery & Governance, you will be responsible for managing and stewarding integrations, data highways and connectors to and from core HR solutions, including Workday. You will partner closely with Technology and our outsourcing partners to ensure active integrations are delivered successfully in support of key HR and business processes.

How You'll Succeed

Proficiency with Workday - Proficiency with Workday data objects, integrations, reporting, and business processes, as well as familiarity with broader concepts such as Web APIs and secure file transmission.

Consulting - Partner closely with teams across HR and other business units to provide consultation on new and existing Workday integrations; serve as the primary point of contact to intake, solution, and implement new integrations or changes to existing integrations.

Analytical / problem solving skills - Consult with your peers, vendors, and other sources to investigate and solve data-related issues, or understand core functionality and limitations within Workday. Attention to detail is a must.

Comfort with large data sets - Lead detailed analyses of large data sets (ranging from tens of thousands to millions of records) using either Excel, TextPad, MS Access, Alteryx, or other tools to find anomalies, and understand the data, and make recommendations.

Who you are

You can demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Knowledge of the HR function (systems, processes, and policy), business process development/continuous improvement, business/data analysis leveraging excel/reports, change management, project management, testing, solution delivery, consulting/advisory experience in roles with progressive levels of responsibility. It's an asset if you have design/configuration experience with HRIS systems (Workday).
