Make an impact with our Managed Services Team as a Senior Consultant, Managed Services Operations. This diverse team runs and maintains the core infrastructure that is the foundation for our clients. You will take a proactive approach to keeping our clients compliant and secure. As a trusted advisor, you'll investigate cloud infrastructure, develop policies and enhancements.

Responsibilities

Work with both clients and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues Participate in Pre-Sales Client solutions Participate in service improvement and technical roadmap initiatives Investigate assigned Incidents and Service Requests Monitor and resolve incidents and support requests; ensure response/resolution within service level agreement (SLA) targets Update ticket information and associated documentation Maintain service delivery for the following: + Azure Monitor + Azure IaaS and PaaS
+ Microsoft Intune
+ Power BI Integration
+ Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Maintain reporting software to provide valuable information to clients Notify clients of any potential problems in their environment Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes Design and Implement Azure AI initiatives and process automation

Skills and Experience

Possess a Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline Current Microsoft Certifications: + Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty + Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
+ Any Microsoft AI Certification
Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with the following technologies: + Azure Virtual Machines (IaaS) + Networking (VNet, VPN, NSG, LB)
+ Azure Storage (Blob, File, Disks)
+ Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
+ RBAC / Privileged Identity Management
+ Azure Monitor & Log Analytics
+ Azure Backup & ASR
+ Defender for Cloud / XDR
+ Endpoint Management (Intune)
+ Autopilot / Compliance Policies
+ Azure Policy / Blueprints
+ Cost Management & Optimization
+ Scripting / Automation (PowerShell)
+ Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
+ CI/CD Pipelines (DevOps, GitHub)
+ Tenant Governance / MSP Lighthouse
