This role will focus on enhancing customer experience, ensuring operational excellence, and driving revenue growth through Managed Services offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product, operations, and technical teams to develop and deliver end-to-end managed solutions tailored to customer needs.What you'll be doing:1. Business & Sales Strategy ExecutionLead and execute the Managed Services strategy aligned with Rogers' Advanced Services vision.Drive revenue growth by collaborating with regional sales teams and enabling solution-based selling.Establish strong partnerships with enterprise and public sector clients to position Rogers as a trusted Managed Services provider.2. Operational & Service ExcellenceOversee the delivery and execution of Managed Services offerings, ensuring high-quality service performance and SLAs.Collaborate with Network Operations, Service Management, and Product Teams to enhance service reliability and efficiency.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer experience.3. Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor a team of Service Managers and Technical Experts supporting Managed Services clients.Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the Managed Services organization.Drive employee engagement and professional growth through coaching and development programs.4. Customer & Partner EngagementServe as the primary escalation point for Managed Services customers, ensuring quick resolution of issues.Work with vendor partners to enhance service offerings and expand the Managed Services portfolio.Engage in customer success planning, ensuring alignment between Rogers services and customer business objectives.5.
