About The Role

We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.

FTI Consulting Construction Solutions is a leading global provider of commercial management, risk-based advisory, dispute resolution services and strategic communications counsel on complex projects across all construction and engineering industries.

We are seeking professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas: claims and litigation advisory services, and dispute resolution, scheduling and schedule analysis, construction management, construction contracts administration, project controls advisory services, project management, construction cost estimating, capital budgeting, and construction contract auditing and/or project auditing.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

\xc2\xb7 A Senior Consultant will be working as part of a team to assist clients through complex issues as related to the construction industry. Services provided will include both project advisory support as well as dispute resolution related to large, complex construction projects.

\xc2\xb7 Provide analysis and preparation of construction claims, CPM schedules and/or construction cost information

\xc2\xb7 Perform dispute related analyses such as delay, impact, differing site conditions, cost and damage as well as lost productivity analyses

\xc2\xb7 Prepare labor productivity studies

\xc2\xb7 Provide assistance and oversight of large capital projects and programs
Implement or assist with corrective action plans related to the \xe2\x80\x9crecovery\xe2\x80\x9d of large capital projects

\xc2\xb7 Conduct business process assessments and development of business

\xc2\xb7 Oversee processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects

\xc2\xb7 Conduct contract compliance audits

\xc2\xb7 How You\'ll Grow

\xc2\xb7 You\xe2\x80\x99ll gain efficiencies in maintaining detailed working paper records of reflecting assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information employed during the performance of all tasks

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in engineering, construction management, and/or finance

\xc2\xb7 3+ years experience in the construction industry or a related profession

\xc2\xb7 Experience in capital projects management, construction claims and critical path method (CPM) scheduling experience.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication (written and verbal), mathematical, and organizational skills

\xc2\xb7 Proficient knowledge of PC environment and related software including Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, Primavera (P6), Bluebeam, and Tableau

\xc2\xb7 This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices
