Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Aerospace Technical Publication. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal, Quebec or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualification :

• 4+ years of experience working in Aerospace Domain
• 4+ years of experience on the Authoring & Publishing of Technical Publication of various Aircraft Maintenance & Flight Manuals
• Good exposure on ATA/SGML (iSpec 2100, iSpec 2200), S1000D (4.0.1, 4.1, 4.2) specifications
• Experience working on data conversion & migration of Technical Publications
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills
• Knowledge on Arbortext Editor
• Experience working with SDL Contenta is preferred
• Knowledge on at least one Relational Databases and ORM technologies
• Experience in working in Agile and Iterative Development Methodologies
• Experience in working with Geo-diversified teams
• Experience with Azure is a plus
• Participate & drive requirements discussion with end-users/customers
• Create BRD, design & functional specification documents
• Guide the development team on the functional requirements
• Create Test Plans
• Perform Functional Testing including regression testing
• Perform data mapping, conversion, and migration
• Validate the migrated technical publication data
