Job Description

About Fullscript

Founded in 2011,

Fullscript

started by solving one problem: helping practitioners access and prescribe the products they trust to deliver integrative care.

What began as a simple solution has evolved into a

health intelligence platform

that powers every part of care.

Today,

125,000 practitioners

rely on Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. They support

over 10 million patients

who use Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans, making it easier to stay engaged and follow through on treatment.

We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and strengthen the connection between practitioner and patient. When everything practitioners need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.

The Role

The

Senior Compensation Analyst

is a cornerstone builder for Fullscript's next chapter of growth. You will play a key role in shaping how we design, deliver, and sustain rewards that are fair, transparent, and scalable. You'll help strengthen the foundation of our total compensation programs, including incentive plans, equity, salary frameworks, and pay governance, so they reflect both our business ambitions and our commitment to equity.

You'll focus on bringing structure and consistency to how we reward and recognize people by refining pay bands and job levels, elevating our annual merit and promotion cycle, automating manual processes, and co-creating clear, educational tools that help leaders make confident, equitable pay decisions. Every system you improve or build will help us grow responsibly, with fairness and trust at the center.

You'll collaborate closely with People, Finance, and senior leaders to elevate our compensation approach, level up our tools and policies, and create a foundation of trust that helps every team member feel valued and supported as we scale.
###

What you'll do

Refine and administer Fullscript's incentive plans, equity programs, and salary frameworks. Lead compensation cycles with care and precision; from thoughtful planning to confident delivery and reflection. Partner with People and Finance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment to business goals. Streamline compensation processes by simplifying manual steps and introducing helpful tools or templates to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Maintain clear ownership and governance for stock options, merit reviews, and promotions. Lead market analysis using data sources such as Salary.com, Mercer, or custom benchmarks. Evolve and maintain pay bands and job levels, sharing insights that foster clarity and informed decision-making. Conduct ongoing reviews to monitor competitiveness, pay equity, and internal consistency. Work closely with senior leaders to review findings, exchange perspectives, and co-create data-informed pay practices. Develop compensation resources, workshops, and guides that help managers feel confident and supported in making equitable, transparent pay decisions. Support the evolution of a total rewards strategy that reflects Fullscript's values and growth trajectory.
###

What you bring to the table

5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or people analytics. Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benchmarking, job leveling, and equity programs. Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data audits, dashboards). Experience leading or co-leading annual compensation cycles (merit, promo, incentive). Experience simplifying, automating, and improving processes in dynamic or growing environments. Experience guiding senior leaders through complex compensation topics with clarity and mutual trust.
###

Bonus if you have

A self-directed and builder mindset that thrives on creating structure and clarity. Familiarity with Canadian + U.S. compensation programs. Exposure to pay equity analysis, governance frameworks, or DEI-informed compensation practices. Proven ability to own and scale complex programs with measurable impact. Experience with SimplyMerit, ADP, or other compensation planning tools.
###
