Your Role in Our Journey

As our Senior Client Services Specialist, you'll manage complex portfolios that include board and committee governance, certification and accreditation programs, membership growth strategies, and high-level client project - even stepping into Executive Director responsibilities. Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Services, your work will directly shape client success, strengthen community connections, and support the long-term impact of the organizations we serve. Your Role in Action:



Client Relationships:

Collaborate with Redstone teams to ensure client projects run smoothly. Build strong, trusting relationships with volunteer committees and Boards of Directors, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction;

Board & Committee Support:

Provide comprehensive support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Support boards in the strategic planning process;

Membership Services:

Oversee membership renewals, registrations, and certification programs. Manage exams, including proctoring, scoring, and delivering results;

Member Engagement:

Lead communications such as announcements, newsletters, email campaigns, and website updates. Deliver regular reporting on membership and engagement trends;

Administration:

Manage daily client inquiries across inboxes, phone lines, and meetings. Maintain accurate databases (membership, sponsorship, attendee, etc.) and process client mail in a timely manner;

Event Support:

Assist the events team with onsite execution and logistics during high-volume periods; and

Executive Director Services:

Act as Executive Director on assigned accounts, providing advisory services and leadership. Manage complex boards and sophisticated project portfolios with confidence and professionalism.


You'll Thrive in this Role if:



You're comfortable working in a dynamic agency environment where you'll manage multiple clients and priorities at the same time; You have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business, Communications, Not-for-Profit Management, or a related field; You have 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a strong background in project coordination, administration, volunteer services etc.; and You have experience working with Boards of Directors, committees, and/or in the not-for-profit sector, and understand board governance and how volunteer leadership operates.



Serious Bonus Points if:



You have experience working with association management companies, or agencies; and/or You are bilingual in English / French (an asset), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.


Compensation Expectations for the Role:

We believe in fair, transparent, and growth-focused compensation. Our salary bands are designed to ensure equity across roles (and internally), with most new hires starting at the lower end to allow room for development and progression. That said, we recognize and reward experience - strong, seasoned candidates may start higher within the band.


Starting salary: $70,000 (Full salary band: $70,000 - $84,000).
