Ifs Client Services Specialist

Job Description

This role requires 5 days/week in-office. While the office is currently located in Oakville, it will be relocating to Burlington in early 2026.



The IFS Client Services Specialist will provide support and assistance to the Senior Account Executive in preparing and processing Financial proposals and trades in a timely manner. Provide assistance in management of client documentation and client enquiries. Responsible for maintaining client files and all related information in secure client database.

The IFS Client Services Specialist will:

Provide confidential support to two Senior Account Executives Prepare New Business Proposals and Projections for Senior Account Executives Process and check all trades with mutual fund company and all associated compliance documentation Provide client support by responding to questions and requests within 1 business day Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain Financial Services operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Responsible for processing confidential client information and for maintaining client's records accurately database system (EPIC) Act as a main point of contact for client's enquiries. Prepares special reports as requested by Senior Account Executive

To be successful as an IFS Client Services Specialist with People Corporation, you will need:
