Client Service Associate
SAGE are supporting a professional services firm with the hire of a Client Service Associate or Senior Client Service Associate. They are seeking an energetic, motivated and career driven self-starter to join their growing business as the first 'boots on the ground' in North America. You will be empowered to deal with senior players in the financial industry, gaining valuable exposure to support their investment process. You will have the chance to prove yourself, working closely with our team in Australia and if needed you'll be expected to make yourself available for long haul flights for on-site training. The work is hard, our client base is incredibly sophisticated and have high expectations, we hold each other accountable to help ensure we're dominating the industry - always highly attentive and thoughtful. This role is for an agile individual, who can't be easily spooked by demanding clients or sharp changes in direction - given the calibre of client you will be working with, this will be part of your regular day to day in this seat.
Responsibilities will include:
Build rapport and form partnerships with clients and experts on short timelines
Identify and establish relationships with industry professionals across multiple industries
Prioritize and reprioritize during daily operations, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously to get clients the insights they need quickly
Source and facilitate impactful meetings to aid client decision making
Constant monitoring of industry developments and the impacts on public and private markets
Skills & Experience:
3 years minimum experience in client service, sales, market research, recruitment or similar industry
Proven ability to deliver and work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines is desired
Proven ability to work independently, you will have learned this valuable skill the hard way - probably during COVID lockdowns
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
Strong, above average communication skills - both written and verbal
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic with proven ability to deliver
An interest in financial and investment markets
