Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Clerk on a permanent, part-time basis on at the Co-op Refinery Complex. We are looking for a critical thinker with fantastic analytical skills to join our Business Performance team. Members of this team are currently coming into the office as needed.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Provide general accounting services including variance analysis, preparing journal entries, and processing invoices and contractor timesheets (LEMS).
• Perform accounts payable processing. This will include managing the inflow of invoices for processing or distribution and attaching back-up where required.
• Maintain a list of month-end deadlines and ensure that reports are prepared on time and accurately.
• Prepare month-end posting allocations and accruals.
• Ensure policies and procedures for project accounting are adhered to.
• Other related duties as assigned.

You will work closely with a variety of accounting professionals on a team reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, Major Projects. This team strives to cultivate a culture of open communication, working together to solve problems. You will collaborate often with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in accounting and:

• Have completed a Saskatchewan Polytechnic Accounting Diploma, or equivalent, with a minimum 65% average.
• Have 4 years of related experience.
