Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Cladding Superintendent to lead and support our on-site operations in our Surrey office. What You'll Do
Schedule and manage crews on-site to ensure an efficient project lifecycle
Act as a liaison with general contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and inspection agencies
Ensure all safety regulations and scheduling requirements are met or exceeded
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project timelines
Communicate daily with office teams, coordinators, and purchasers to streamline operations
Attend meetings as required, including but not limited to startup, on-site, turnover, and coordination
Act proactively to determine and coordinate project access equipment
Ensure QA/QC is closely monitored, and production goals are met
Assist in and direct the hiring of field employees
Coach and mentor team members
Responsible for the contractual performance of a project
Adapt to changing project demands and provide solutions in real-time scenarios
Support and aid in estimating labor on projects
What You Bring to the Team
Minimum 5 years of cladding experience in a leadership role, such as a foreman or superintendent
Strong knowledge of cladding systems, building envelope standards, building codes, and high-performance builds.
RCABC background with a solid understanding of apprenticeship programs considered an asset
Journeyman certification or equivalent relevant experience
Ability to read, interpret, and manage construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to adjust and adapt in a high paced environment
Excellent time management skills
Positive attitude
Ability to use programs such as Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, etc.
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Strong leadership, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
