We craft high-end custom cabinets and millwork, specializing in complex, client-specific designs.
Job Duties:
-Build high-end custom cabinets and millwork
-Execute complex joinery and prototype unique client concepts
-Work with various materials: solid wood, veneers, plywood, MDF, particle board, plastic laminates
-Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
-Collaborate with team or work independently
Other requirements:
-Minimum 15 years of cabinet making experience
-Full-time, permanent position

Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements
Construct cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery
Perform cabinet installations at client locations, ensuring proper fit and finish
Participate in restoration projects, bringing new life to existing cabinetry
Execute construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry as needed
Conduct construction estimating for materials and labor required for projects
Collaborate with team members on various construction tasks including roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, and caulking
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards
Lift heavy materials as required during the construction process
Qualifications
Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related fields
Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics
Familiarity with cabinet installation techniques and restoration methods
Experience with heavy lifting and using hand tools as well as power tools
Knowledge of construction estimating practices is a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
Previous maintenance person experience or knowledge of masonry, flooring installation, rebar installation is beneficial
