We're looking for a

Senior Buyer

to lead our procurement efforts and ensure a smooth, cost-effective supply chain that keeps our bakery operations running efficiently. You'll oversee supplier relationships, negotiate competitive contracts, forecast material needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our purchasing process.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement plans that align with company goals. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate competitive agreements for goods and services. Analyze market trends to anticipate material needs, costs, and risks. Optimize purchasing processes to support lean manufacturing and cost efficiency. Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor data, and compliance documentation. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through supplier consolidation and contract optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials meet production schedules and quality standards.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 6-8 years of procurement or supply chain experience (manufacturing or food industry preferred). Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and data management proficiency. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in dessert or bakery manufacturing. Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP/PMAC) designation. Lean Six Sigma certification.

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
