RESPONSIBILITIES:

The contractor must provide the following, the scope of which will be determined in parallel with the agreed upon Project Plan:

• Summary of IG and high level comparison vs. traditional information/records management
• Proposed OSFI IG Governance Model, including roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
• Stakeholder Interview Script/Guide
• Overview/summary of Research Findings from Academia
• Overview/summary of Research Findings from Vendors
• Overview/summary of Research Findings from Policy and Legislative Landscape
• Legislative Obligation Summary
• Summarized Interview Notes
• Draft Action Plan(s)
• Benchmarking Analysis with select Federally Regulated Financial Institutions (FRFI\'s), FISC Partners Other Regulators and Government of Canada Entities
• EIM Service Catalogue (inventory of required tools and services needed to support eDiscovery, enterprise Search and Lifecycle management of structured and unstructured information/data assets in OSFI\'s Cloud tenant
• Proposed IM Organizational Model (which will include an inventory of modern EIM services and required IMIT skills, competencies and capacities aligned to the proposed Target/End State)
• Competency/Skill Assessment Matrix to Support Strategy End State
• Final IG Strategy and 3 year roadmap, including briefing materials
• Change Management Strategy to support and promote the evolution of the EIM program to Directorate staff and across OSFI

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Former experience at EX02 level or above
• 10+ years experience providing strategic advice in three of the following areas

• Semantic Classification
• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• Enterprise Search
• Risk-based Information/Data Lifecycle Management
• Metadata Automation
• Service Prototyping
• 2 years experience using the following digital tools

• online white boarding tools,
• Virtual meetings, and
• Collaborative prototyping tools.
• Experience developing Information Management/Information Governance strategies for a minimum of 5 public sector Organizations
• 13 months experience within the last 5 years compiling research in the field of information governance, culminating in a report or series of recommendations for potential action, tailored to the environment of the client organization.
