Responsibilities:

• Trouble shoot reported issues through ordering, provisioning and billing tools to support root cause analysis
• Prioritize investigations with vendor teams
• Obtain timely updates in line with impacts and keep business primes apprised
• Manage VP/Director escalations
• Effectively identify all areas of impact to BRS Ordering systems (including Home Phone, Internet, TV, Wireless)
• Partner with vendors/Business to prime and resolve defects and ensure alignment
• Implement/co-ordinate mitigations where required
• Contribute to the teams repository of How to documents
• Working closely with Product Owner and Architects to clarify features ready for the development team to execute and will be working and collaborating with multiple development team.

Qualifications:Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent
• 5 years + of experience in Information Systems Technology
• 5 years + of experience in translating technical requirements / concepts to business stakeholders
• 3 years + of experience in Software Development, in any modern language (Java, C#, C++)
• 3 years + of experience with JSON / XML
• Experience with Jira

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of any of the following Bell IT Systems will be an asset: OrderMAX, OMF, CSIDE, NM1, COM
• Knowledge of Bells residential services produces an asset
• Familiar with Confluence
