Job Summary





Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications. Works with Business Groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions.




Responsibilities






Business Requirements & Process Analysis




Partner with Treasury stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes across functional areas
Translate business needs into system solutions that integrate with key applications
Design forward-looking configurations aligned with the Treasury roadmap

Solution Design & Functional Delivery




Collaborate with architects, developers, and other BSAs to design scalable, cross-functional solutions
Develop functional designs for applications, integrations, and conversions, including hedge management and accounting systems
Document implementation considerations, data models, workflows, and process maps

Project Execution & Testing




Lead Treasury technology transformation projects covering cash management, cash forecasting, bank connectivity, hedge management, and financial risk
Drive functional design, testing, change management, and user acceptance activities
Ensure deliverables meet project specifications, timelines, and quality standards

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication




Facilitate cross-functional sessions, prepare materials, and communicate status updates

Provide Treasury, risk management, and technology advisory from an IT perspective
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across business and IT

System Support & Continuous Improvement




Support day-to-day Treasury systems and interfaces, resolving issues and identifying improvements
Research emerging technologies and share insights to enhance Treasury capabilities
Develop tools, methodologies, and assets to support project delivery and knowledge transfer

Training, Change Management & Vendor Collaboration




Support training and change management activities for Treasury initiatives
Collaborate with vendors and participate in advisory boards or user groups as needed


Minimum Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in corporate Treasury technology
Hands-on experience implementing Treasury software solutions (e.g., Kyriba, Reval, FIS)
Strong understanding of hedge exposure and hedge accounting management systems
Proven experience with full system implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support
Solid knowledge of FX, debt capital markets, and cash management and forecasting applications
Demonstrated ability to develop tools, methodologies, and reusable assets to support project delivery
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:



Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual



Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.

The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.

Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.



The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
