As the Senior Business Partner & Projects Consultant, you will be responsible to work with business partners to lead financial analysis. You will act as the decision expert and be accountable to provide recommendations, drive insights and conduct analysis to achieve business goals.

How you will create impact:




Consulting with business partners to identify, define, and support decision making, including gathering data and information to understand potential problems or opportunities. Understanding the business partner strategy and leading the development of financial management tools and analytic techniques that assist in achieving strategic financial management objectives. Ensuring all business decisions are supported by high quality financial analysis with appropriate data, analytical tools, frameworks and methodologies. Partnering with key stakeholders to strengthen the financial components of enterprise projects and transformation by executing the creation of processes, analysis and frameworks. Facilitating the decision-making process among senior leaders, including negotiating, resolving issues and presenting findings or recommendations.

To join our team:




You have five years of experience in financial services or a related field; leadership experience is an asset. You have a post-secondary degree in Finance. Having a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is an asset. You have the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Business Valuation (CBV) designation(s). You have expert knowledge and understanding in strategic financial analysis, including strategic imperatives of a business area.

You build trusting relationships and provide relevant and viable insights, recommendations and feedback to enable the successful execution of business partner strategies. You can manage multiple pieces of data and information to build appropriate analysis to support innovative solutions. You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions to guide decision making. You facilitate the adoption of change and successfully convey messages and demonstrate openness to exploring alternative points of view.

Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. You will travel occasionaly. You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
