Le candidat ideal contribuera a elargir la presence de Triumvirate a travers l'Amerique du Nord en offrant des solutions personnalisees qui repondent aux besoins de nos clients.



Ce poste exige une approche proactive des ventes -- en s'appuyant sur vos relations dans l'industrie et votre connaissance du marche pour stimuler la croissance -- tout en assurant un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientele et de conformite reglementaire.

Responsabilites - Ce que vous ferez




Creer un effet WOW aupres des clients internes et externes de Triumvirate.
+ Maitriser et vendre toutes les gammes de services de Triumvirate, en collaboration avec les equipes techniques et operationnelles internes, afin d'offrir des solutions a haute valeur ajoutee.
+ Effectuer de la prospection strategique, notamment en tirant parti des references et du reseautage lors d'evenements et de salons professionnels.
+ Contacter de nouveaux clients potentiels correspondant a notre profil cible.
+ Se tenir au courant des tendances du marche et des developpements reglementaires (LCPE, sante et securite au travail, conformite environnementale) pour offrir des conseils strategiques et personnalises.
+ Etablir et entretenir des relations a long terme avec les principaux decideurs dans les secteurs des sciences de la vie, de la fabrication industrielle, de l'enseignement superieur et des soins de sante.
+ Utiliser les outils CRM pour gerer le pipeline de ventes, suivre la progression et assurer la responsabilisation.
+ Maintenir un niveau eleve d'activites de vente dans la region assignee.
+ Voyager dans la region pour rencontrer les clients et participer a des conferences, afin de renforcer votre presence sur le marche (des deplacements avec nuitees peuvent etre requis).


Exigences - Ce que vous apporterez




Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, marketing, sciences de l'environnement ou etudes environnementales.
+ Minimum de trois (3) ans d'experience reussie en ventes consultatives, de preference dans l'industrie des services environnementaux.
+ Experience avec la methodologie de vente structuree Sandler.
+ Bonne connaissance de la conformite et des reglements environnementaux, ou volonte de devenir expert en la matiere.
+ Esprit d'initiative, sens de l'urgence et sens aigu des responsabilites.
+ Possession d'un permis de conduire valide et d'un vehicule fiable.
+ Admissible a travailler aux Etats-Unis sans parrainage futur.

Responsibilities-

What You'll Do

:


Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate's internal and external customers! Master and sell all of Triumvirate's service lines, partnering with internal technical and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions. Conduct strategic prospecting including leveraging referrals and networking at industry events and trade shows. Cold call new prospective companies that match our target customer profile. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments (RCRA, OSHA, environmental compliance) to offer tailored, strategic advice. Build and maintain long-term, customer-intimate relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare. Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress and ensure accountability. Maintain a high level of sales activity in an assigned region. Travel regionally to meet clients and attend conferences, strengthening your market presence. Overnights may be required.

Basic Requirements-

What You'll Bring

:


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies. 3+ years' of successful consultative sales experience, preferably within the Environmental Services industry. Experience with the Sandler structured sales methodology. Knowledge of environmental compliance, regulations, or the desire to become a subject matter expert. Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

The base salary range for this position is $x-$x with an uncapped commission structure that rewards top performance.
