We have a fantastic team of seasoned logistics professionals and are currently looking for a dynamic

Senior Business Development Manager

to provide continued growth for our 3PL division.

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team , in office and Hybrid combines. This individual will be responsible for driving new business within the OTR freight brokerage space across the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate brings a proven book of business, a strategic mindset, and deep experience selling transportation solutions in a non-asset 3PL environment.

And the Key Responsibilities and Qualifications remain as follows:

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new business with national shippers across OTR modes (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Container)
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, including solution-based selling and pricing strategy
Leverage your existing shipper network to drive immediate revenue growth
Act as the lead point of contact for accounts you close, ensuring smooth transition and service excellence
Collaborate with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure successful freight execution
Track pipeline activity, revenue forecasting, and CRM documentation
Represent the company in RFPs, procurement events, and customer meetings
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a partnership-driven approach

Qualifications

*5+ years of experience in OTR/Freight Forwarding freight brokerage sales (non-asset 3PL model)

Proven track record of landing and growing mid-market to enterprise accounts
Must bring a portable book of business with near-term revenue potential
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver in a remote environment
No active non-solicit or non-compete agreements that would prevent onboarding business
History of stability in previous roles--no frequent job-hopping
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
