This incumbent will support Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) organization and will provide technical consulting and coordination of corporate vendor information security and business continuity testing services to internal clients. Participates or leads technical business continuity and vendor initiatives to support ongoing process activities (information security/business continuity vendor assessments, mainframe and/or midrange application and technical infrastructure recovery testing, internal and external vendor testing, event management and progress reporting/measurement). Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources to complete deliverables on time. May provide technology based business continuity, information security or vendor subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters as needed. Must be able to work under close or minimal supervision with guidance from manager or team lead as necessary.

Required Skills :

5+ years of experience working with or supporting systems technology and/or application teams in a program management, business management or similar contribution.

5+ Years of experience in compliance, operational risk, and/or business continuity and resiliency.

Knowledge of application testing.

Familiarity with enterprise business controls and tools, processes and standards related to the business resiliency planning and testing.

Experience supporting Business Controls or Risk stakeholders.

Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others.

Ability to work in a very detailed manner as well as to look broadly to develop connections and themes identifying risk and concerns.

Ability to articulate complex issues and themes to stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Strategic thinker, self-motivated, creative problem solver, operates with a sense of urgency, organized, versatile and strong attention to detail.

Ability to coordinate and drive execution of priorities and meet deadlines.

Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Project Management skills and the ability to deliver multiple efforts concurrently.

MS Access working knowledge and experience.

Desired Skills

2 years of Application Lifecycle Management/Governance is a plus.

Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: leadership, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and strategy initiatives

Familiar with internal Bank of America Software Tools:

Continuity Planning Tool (CPT)

Condor (BI Portal)

Asset Consolidation Engine (ACE)
