The Network Build & Operate (NBO) team works closely with teams across the entire Customer Technology Excellence (CTE) organization to deliver on our network and real estate strategy. The NBO Strategy and Enablement team is being created to support various priorities across NBO such as strategy, org design, scorecard development, financial reporting, technical training, coaching and leadership development, engagement, and transformation programs. It is an exciting time to join and maximize the opportunity to flex many skills and create new things, as we expand our fiber and 5G footprints in Canada, transforming how people live, work and communicate.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As a Senior Business Analyst joining our NBO Strategy & Enablement team you will play a key role in the continued evolution of our NBO strategy, scorecard and transformation priorities. You will work in partnership with executive stakeholders supporting things like engagement initiatives, scorecard development and reporting, financial analysis and reporting, transformation programs, and potentially even flex to support some learning and leadership development tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone who can wear many hats and enjoys building things from the ground up. You are a team player that's willing to roll up your sleeves, has the analytical expertise to crunch complex data, and can provide information in easy-to-digest ways for senior leaders.

• Compelling Communicator: Have clear, concise and influential communication, including compelling storytelling and presentation, speaking, writing and editing
• Organizer: Excellent organizational skills including meeting agenda management, meeting minutes & action item designation & follow-up, with the ability to meet and exceed deadlines
• Navigator: Comfortable with ambiguity, having the ability to create tangible and strategically sound plans out of abstract ideas, ability to quickly adapt and shift focus across many levels of information
• Change Leader: Great at change management, time management and the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Innovator: Always looking for new and better ways to do things

Qualifications

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Expertise at forecasting, reporting and creating dashboards
• Ability to work with using large complex technical data sets and visualize data in Domo, Tableau or Google Data Studio
• High proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite tools (pivot tables, conditional formatting, macros)
• Experience with SAP and project management
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence (including written, verbal, presentation & facilitation)
• Bachelor or Higher Degrees in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent educations

Great to have:

• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent designation
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM) training
• Bilingualism is an asset
• Experience with programming languages (SQL, Java, python, etc)
