Job Summary

World Travel Protection (WTP) is a leading Travel Risk Management (TRM), medical and security assistance company. Prevention is at the forefront of WTP wide range of risks mitigation and security assistance solutions available to its clients to ensure that their resources are best utilized to anticipate crisis from occurring. In parallel, WTP provide robust response solutions to security and/or medical emergencies based on its global reach and its worldwide provider network allow to effectively resolve incidents inherent to international traveling.

This role has the purpose of facilitating and de-risking a number of large-scale transformation projects. To support both transformation projects and business as usual (BAU) projects ensuring WTP activities are compliant with the local regulatory framework, and delivery is aligned with client contracts


What we ask of you:

• Perform analysis of systems and business processes, i.e as-is/to-be and root cause analysis, as a key input to the development and enhancement of IT enabled solutions
• Assist business to review operations and processes and policies to remove over servicing, rework and waste in order to reduce costs, effort, hand-offs, improve the quality of the outputs and increase standardisation
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional global stakeholders to elicit requirements and understand needs
• Develop requirement specifications (business, functional, technical) and/or User Stories for business stakeholders and system developers \xe2\x80\x93 including using data and process modelling techniques to translate complex requirements for the development and implementation of system software
• Facilitate solution design sessions with technical developers and support team to find efficient and effective solutions to meet customer and business needs
• Where project requires, work closely with visual and customer experience Designers to communicate customer problems and support the development of end-to-end customer journeys to solve these issues
• Track project progress of sprint deliverables against plan
• Responsible for deploying functional solutions and supporting the creation of test plans, to ensure acceptable quality and integrity of solutions delivered
• Perform quality review checks on project deliverables
• Within project workstream act as central reference point and subject matter expert for project delivery and decision making processes
• Input into sprint retrospectives and support the team to identify and implement solutions to improve ways of working

What you bring to the table:



Required:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Business Analysis area

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Business Analysis area

AND

Have at least 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Business/Process Analyst on large or complex projects
Travel insurance experience
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, change models and a solid understanding of how people go through change
Experience in delivering change in large scale, complex transformative projects across culture, process and technology
Demonstrate strong business stakeholder engagement; excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive experience working with business stakeholders
Experience mapping As-Is and To-Be processes
Excellent written communication skills and Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills
Strong analytical and planning skills
Ability to effectively manage changing priorities
In-depth experience with testing scenarios execution
