About the Role




As a

Senior Business Analyst

within our

Property & Casualty Insurance

practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving requirements management and solution design for strategic transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and system capabilities.

What You'll Do



Lead requirements gathering and documentation for P&C insurance transformation programmes. Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional specifications and user stories. Analyse and validate business processes, data flows, and system interactions. Support Guidewire product implementations and enhancements (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit and refine requirements. Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Provide input into test planning, UAT, and defect triage. Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams to ensure solution integrity.

What You Must Have to Be Considered



Minimum

8+ years of experience

in business analysis, with a strong focus on

requirements management

. Proven expertise in

Property & Casualty Insurance

domain (mandatory). Experience with

Guidewire products

(preferred). Experience with Rating (preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

These Will Help You Succeed



Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Embodiment of Cognizant's Core Values: + Work as One
