Job Description

Location: Montreal (office attendance from Day 1- 3 x per week)
Years of experience : 5 years experience:
Project Management:

• Lead Project Planning, execution and delivery
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones
• Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and Senior Management

Business Analysis:

• Conduct process/data analysis to identify issues and the root cause
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business requirement into technical requirement for development team
• Develop Process Design Document (PDD)/ Software Design Document/ Test Plan
• Conduct UAT testing with stakeholders

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as Primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical team
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives and manage stakeholders expectations

Skills Required:

• Senior resource with good analytical, Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
• Excellent Communication
• Excellent Business Acumen (Data Center Domain preferred)
• Senior level experience creating business requirements on ServiceNow, Tableau
• Senior level experience expert in various tools such as MS Office, JIRA, SharePoint and in SDLC models (waterfall/Agile etc.)
• Adaptability to changing priorities/requirements
• Solid Leadership skills required to manage project and stakeholder expectations
