Our client is looking for a finance professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day administration of the Insurance and Profit Sharing / Employee Benefits portfolios
Help to build and execute structures and processes to support the ongoing implementation and execution of the semi-annual profit sharing award
Respond to questions and concerns regarding Profit Sharing/ Employee Benefits matters, and become the go-to resource
Support the meeting cycle and communications activities for various audiences
Support the collaboration among the insurance partners and administrators
Monitor and provide analytical support for claims adjudication
Qualifications:
MBA, CFA or enrolled
University business degree
3-4 years of relevant experience
Corporate finance experience in pricing or deal analytics
Real estate development experience
Detail oriented
Able to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
