(BMH3xR1)Our client is looking for a finance professional to join their team.Responsibilities:Support the day-to-day administration of the Insurance and Profit Sharing / Employee Benefits portfoliosHelp to build and execute structures and processes to support the ongoing implementation and execution of the semi-annual profit sharing awardRespond to questions and concerns regarding Profit Sharing/ Employee Benefits matters, and become the go-to resourceSupport the meeting cycle and communications activities for various audiencesSupport the collaboration among the insurance partners and administratorsMonitor and provide analytical support for claims adjudicationQualifications:MBA, CFA or enrolledUniversity business degree3-4 years of relevant experienceCorporate finance experience in pricing or deal analyticsReal estate development experienceDetail orientedAble to multi-taskExcellent interpersonal skillsEffective communication skills
