This position is for a Senior Building Operator based 2150 Keith Street, East Vancouver | BC
About the role
As a Senior Building Operator within our REMS team, you'll play a pivotal role in being a great teammate who thrives in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing, supervising HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that, given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. What you bring5-10 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment 4th or 5th class Power Engineering Certification Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multi-task and be responsive to time sensitive tasks Project Management, vendor management experience Previous experience working with a brand-new building is desirable Computer literacy Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours A valid driver's license
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $82,000.00 to $90,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
