As a Senior Brand and Advertising Advisor within National Bank\'s brand team, you will have to orchestrate, produce and measure specific advertising campaigns in collaboration with the various internal and external partners.

You will propel the National Bank brand through digital and traditional campaigns while managing the brand on all communication channels.

You are a specialist in your field and you will be required to manage and mobilize all stakeholders taking into account the complexity of the stakeholder ecosystem.

Here are your main responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee communication briefs and the ecosystem \xc3\x82 of large-scale advertising campaigns, \xc3\x82 having a significant impact on brand outreach and potential customer acquisition (Scale: nationalin relation to brand vision, digital marketing, market data, voice of customers and business objectives for the value chain
other priority segments). * Bring customer centricity to life by aligning campaigns with the strategies of other business lines and all marketing expertise for initiatives that target the same customer segments and recommend the optimal communication approach.
  • Be abrand ambassador and use their role of influence to ensure consistency through marketing initiatives within multidisciplinary work teams
  • Brief external partners (agencies) and implement advertising plans and creative pieces for assigned campaigns.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of campaigns in terms of velocity, budget and schedule management and be accountable for continuous measurement and achievement of identified results and optimization.
  • Collaborate in the exercise of the annual marketing plan and the resulting initiatives according to the strategies under his/her responsibility
  • Collaborate to innovate and bring to life the practice of advertising production and brand image
  • Support the Senior Director in representations to various stakeholders.
Skills required
  • Bachelor\'s degree related to the sector of activity and\xc3\x82
\xc3\x82 years of relevant experience OR Master\'s degree related to the sector of activity and four years of relevant experience * Experience in brand management and B2B
  • Experience in multichannel campaign management
  • Experience in marketing project management and advertising campaign production, including performance measurement of integrated campaigns
  • Ability to manage a large number of 360 mandates (traditional campaigns \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 TV, radio, print \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 digital, branding, etc.)
  • Mastery of digital marketing and paid media (TV, print, radio); essential
  • Functionally bilingual, spoken and written (English and French), as you will deal with partners (clients, service providers, consultants) across Canada.

  • Strong ability to influence and advise
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and continuously optimize to ensure business impact
  • Mastery and understanding of digital purchasing; An asset
