Quickbooks Online Pro

and a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping and account reconciliation. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize accounting software such Excel & Work in efficient financial management. Collaborate with other team members to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Experience

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role within accounting. Automotive bookkeeping/accounting considered an asset Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks Online Pro essential. Familiarity with payroll processing and related regulations. Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and budgeting is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
